Beating Cabin Fever This Winter!
For those of us stuck inside recently the last few weeks, the energy levels may be building! Getting a good amount of activity and exercise is so important in helping get restful sleep during the night. On days where the temperature and weather allows, try and get outside for at least 15 minutes of sunshine, activity, and fresh air.
